Rafael started off as part owner of a small strip center in Brooklyn’s Sheepshead Bay. His current holdings include approximately 20 NYC apartment buildings worth $250 million or more.

Among his other charitable works, Raphael Toledano supports food pantries and homeless shelters in East Village. Additionally, he supports Project Extreme, which helps teens who experience negative results in their lives.
